Getting Started
How do I set up my Mochello companion?
Your Mochello arrives charged and ready. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Open the Mochello app (iOS / Android), tap "Add Companion," and follow the on-screen pairing steps. Setup takes about 2 minutes.
How long does the battery last?
Most Mochello companions last 6–8 hours of active conversation on a full charge. The charging cradle fully recharges in about 2 hours. Battery life varies by model and usage — voice-heavy sessions use more power.
Is Mochello safe for young children?
Yes. All Mochello products use FDA-certified food-grade silicone, are BPA-free, and contain small-part warnings where applicable. Voice data stays on-device by default, and parental controls are available in the companion app.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also view the status any time by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. US deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days; international orders typically arrive in 7–14 days. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually change the shipping address or cancel it for a full refund. Email support@mochello.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
7-day return policy for defective products. If your Mochello has a defect or issue, email support@mochello.com with photos or a description of the problem to start a return. We'll send a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, your refund processes within 5–10 business days. See our full refund policy for details.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every Mochello product includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact support@mochello.com with your order number if you experience a warranty issue.
Product Help
My companion won't turn on — what should I do?
First, place it on the charging cradle for at least 30 minutes, then try holding the power button for 5 seconds. If it still won't turn on, try a different USB cable / adapter. Still stuck? Contact us — your warranty covers power issues.
How do I clean my Mochello companion?
Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge any Mochello product in water. For the fabric models, use a lint roller or gentle hand-washing with mild soap. Air-dry only.
Which languages does Mochello speak?
Mochello currently supports 16 languages including English, Mandarin, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, and more. New languages are added regularly via free over-the-air updates.
Account & Privacy
How do I reset my password?
Go to My Account → Lost Password and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set a new password. The link expires in 24 hours.
Where is my data stored? Is my child's voice recorded?
Voice data is processed on-device by default and is not stored in the cloud unless you opt in to cloud features. You can review and delete any stored data at any time from the companion app or by emailing privacy@mochello.com. We are COPPA-compliant and never sell personal data.
